  • What is RediCare?
    • We provide services to the public without the need for an appointment for the treatment of acute illness or injury.
    • We are faster and more affordable than an ER visit.
    • We also provide Worker’s Compensation visits, as well as physicals for school, scouts, sports, and missions.
  • When should I go to the Emergency Room rather than RediCare?
    • Any illness or injury that may be life threatening or result in the loss of a limb should be seen at an emergency room. Examples: Chest pain, or airway closure.
    • A bone fracture where the bone is exposed.
  • What can I be seen for at RediCare?
    • Acute Illness: ear aches, sore throats, nausea/vomiting, headaches etc.
    • Acute Trauma: lacerations, simple fractures, sprains and strains.
  • What type of insurance do we take?
    • We are contracted with Medicare, Humana, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicaid of Idaho, Altius/First Health network, IPN network, Wyoming, Utah, and Nevada Medicaid.
  • What if I don’t have insurance?
    • You are required to pay for your office visit up front at the time of service. Additional labs, X-rays, and other procedures may be billed after a proper payment plan is set up and established based on specific criteria.
  • Do you take appointments?
    • No. However we take walk-ins during regular business hours.
  • Do you treat children?
    • We treat patients of all ages.
  • What if I have questions about my bill?
