Frequently Asked Questions

  • We Provide services to the public without the need for an appointment for the treatment of acute illness or injury. 
  • We are faster and more affordable than an ER visit.
  • We also provide Worker's Compensation visits, as well as physicals for school, scouts, sports, and missions. 

  • Any illness or injury that may be life threatening or result in the loss of a limb should be seen at an emergency room. Examples: chest pain or airway closure.
  • A bone fracture where the bone is exposed.

  • Acute Illness: ear aches, sore throats, nausea/vomiting, headaches etc.
  • Acute Trauma: lacerations, simple fractures, sprains and strains. 

  • We accept most forms of insurance. If you have any questions regarding you insurance please contact out office at 208.542.7100.

You are required to pay for your office visit up front at the time of service. Additional labs, X-rays, and other procedures may be billed after proper payment plan is set up and establish based on specific criteria. 

  • No. However, we take walk-ins during regular business hours. 

  • We treat patients of all ages.
